Can I change or cancel my order?

Sorry it´s difficult to make changes within the ordern or the deliver adress after you have placed it. We strive to send all orders as soon as possible and our warehouse start to process all orders within 15 minutes after it have been confirmed. If a change is necessary, contact us and we will do our best to help you. Attach your order number or mailadress used when placing the order.

I didn't receive any tracking number?

Not all shipments have a tracking number. Usually smaller packages don’t have any tracking information, while bigger ones do. Don’t worry all packages are delivered within 2-4 days.

I received the wrong product.?

Oh no! contact customer service and they will help to change to the right product.

Where do you ship from?

All products are sent from our warehouse in Gothenburg, Sweden.

When can I expect delivery?

We Strive that you will have your order as soon as possible.
When your order is placed, our warehouse staff starts working on it within 15 minutes. After that it will be collected, packed and sent to you.
You should have your order within 2-4 days after this. Package transports is not carried out during weekends and bank holidays.
Kindly observe that estimated delivery time (2-4 dagar) is estimated and that delivery time can vary depending on circumstances outside Hockeylifes and it´s courier company controll.
These factors can include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions , technical fault, custom delays etc.
Also observe that delivery time can be longer then usual during campaigns and Christmas time.

Will I get my package to my door?

Your package, if possible, will be delivered to your home adress. Packages that won’t fit in your mailbox will go to your closest service point. If you need further information about your package location, kindly contact customer service.

How do I return my order?

If you changed your mind for any reason, you can always send the product back and receive a full refund or a new product for the same price or less.
We will refund any difference in price. However, if you wish to exchange to a product with a higher price, we ask that you place a new order and we will refund you for the item you sent back.

Please provide the following in the returning package.

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • If you wish to receieve a new product or a refund
  • When applicable, what product you wish to exchange to

Please note that you may need to pay the freight for the return package.
